RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MUNÉ EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If you wish to exchange or return an item, you have 15 days from the date you received it to do so. You must return the merchandise in perfect condition, exactly as you received it, and in its original packaging. Sending the item outside its original packaging or with a damaged box will result in a reduction of the refund amount. The first size exchange is free, as are exchanges due to product defects.
Socks are non-refundable.
RETURN
For items not on sale, the price of the item—excluding shipping costs—will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase, after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it arrived in perfect condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. Any damage to the slipper box—such as broken seals, tape, markings, or an unpackaged box—will result in a reduction of the refund amount.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Socks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Discounted items can be exchanged but not refunded .
Procedure for requesting an exchange or refund:
Please ensure you are within the 15-day return period. Any changes or returns made outside of this period will not be accepted.
